Forty years ago, a modestly budgeted thriller called Dr No was shot in Jamaica by a pair of producers and an ex-milkman. The producers, Albert R ?ubby?Broccoli and Harry Saltzman had recently acquired the rights to a series of thrillers written by Ian Fleming, about a secret service agent named James Bond.
