.Set in a remote English boarding school, Hex is the story of one girl? journey of discovery as she uncovers her terrifying links to the past. The 13 part original drama produced by Shine continues the story of Cassie? (Christina Cole) dramatic realisation that the demon love child she aborted was alive and growing at an inhuman rate. The birth of this unholy child has released the Nephelim, a group of fallen angels whose prime aim is to get revenge on God by killing mortal beings.
Traumatised, Cassie needs to find and destroy her own child to restore order. But her unspoken love for the baby? father, Azazeal radically effects her judgement. She finds an ally in mysterious new character Ella played by Laura Pyper (Omagh, Reign of Fire), a new student at Medenham College, who has incredible powers and a personal vendetta against the Nephelim.
Returning cast include; Jemima Rooper (As If, Black Dahlia, Kinky Boots Factory), Jamie Davis (Footballers?Wives), Amber Sainsbury (Poseiden Adventure, Murder in Mind) and Michael Fassbender (William and Mary, Murphy? Law, The Return of Sherlock Holmes). Newcomers to Hex include; Stephen Wight (Wilderness), Sam Troughton (Vera Drake, Alien v. Predator) and Joseph Beattie (Colditz, Tom Brown? School Days).
Hex also features acclaimed actor Colin Salmon (Die Another Day, Alien v. Predator) and Anna Wilson-Jones (The Mother, NY-LON)
