.Actor Frank Gorshin, who played the Riddler in the original Batman TV series, has died at the age of 72.
Gorshin played the Riddler from 1966 to 1969, opposite Adam West as Batman. West said: ‘Frank will be missed. He was a friend and a fascinating character.’
Gorshin reprised his role only a year ago in RETURN TO THE BATCAVE: THE MISADVENTURES OF ADAM AND BURT which reunites the show’s original stars for an affectionate and fun-filled feature film tribute to the 1960’s TV series, ‘Batman’.. ]]>
